MindMania Puzzles respects your privacy. This privacy policy explains how information is
collected and used when you use the MindMania Puzzles mobile application.
Information We Collect
MindMania Puzzles collects information you provide directly, such as account details and
content you create in the app (for example, puzzle progress, notes, or other
game-related data).
The app may also collect basic technical information, such as device type and app
usage data, to help improve performance and reliability.
How We Use Information
Information is used to:
Provide core app features
Save and sync your content
Improve app performance and user experience
Support subscriptions and purchases when applicable
Third-Party Services
MindMania Puzzles uses trusted third-party services to operate the app, such as:
Authentication and data storage services
Analytics and crash reporting
In-app purchase and subscription management
These services only receive the data necessary to perform their functions and are
not allowed to use it for other purposes.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect user information, but no system can be
guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account & Data Deletion
Users can delete their MindMania Puzzles account and all associated data directly within the
MindMania Puzzles app at any time. If you no longer have access to the app, you may request
deletion as described below.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion, email contact@jazmerworks.com from the email
address associated with your MindMania Puzzles account.
Please use the subject line:

In your message, include:
The email address associated with your MindMania Puzzles account
Your MindMania Puzzles username, if applicable
A clear statement that you want your account deleted
After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify that you own the account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Once your request has been verified, we will delete your MindMania Puzzles account and
associated account data, including:
Your account profile
Puzzle progress, scores, and streak history stored under your account
Notes and other content connected to your account
Account-related information stored in our database
Content shared with or jointly managed by other users may need to be retained or
transferred where necessary to avoid removing content belonging to those users.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security,
fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions
purchased through Google Play must be canceled through the Google Play subscription
settings.
We will process verified account-deletion requests within a reasonable period of time.
